Jared started his career as a private investigator, developing the analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail that continue to shape his approach to talent strategy. He later transitioned into recruiting, supporting technical hiring at enterprise-level and multinational companies before expanding into broader talent leadership roles.
