She thrives on understanding people—their motivations, challenges, and communication styles—to foster effective collaboration and meaningful connections. Her desire to help others find their direction, Kristina became a Certified Professional Coach in 2024. Kristina shared her success story in the publication Unstoppable: The Rise of Female Global Leaders and is currently working on a new publication that explores the powerful link between strong leadership and high emotional intelligence. Her work aims to inspire professionals to lead with empathy, awareness, and strategic insight------- preferably with minimal corporate jargon. In her volunteer role as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Kristina leads a team of 10 volunteers to support the members of the San Diego Chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI).
