Lydia Aulisi, PhD is a researcher within Fidelity Workplace Research and Thought Leadership. She supports the strategy, planning, and execution of employee- and employer-focused strategic research projects, leveraging behavioral science perspectives and methodologies. Lydia received her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and she has authored 15+ articles on employee well-being, work-nonwork decision making, and utilization of workplace leave benefits (e.g., vacation, parental leave). She is passionate about applying evidence-based approaches to promote employee well-being, engagement, and organizational health.
