Empowering Financial Confidence for Life 3rd Decade is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the trajectory of young adults' financial futures. Through a unique blend of free financial education and personalized mentorship, we equip individuals in their 20s and 30s with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to build confident, values-based financial lives. Our award-winning program combines expert-led coursework with 1:1 guidance from financial mentors, helping participants navigate student loans, investing, budgeting, retirement planning, and more.
