Overview

The School of Labor and Employment Relations is widely known by employers and students as one of the top three graduate programs in the world for human resources and industrial relations. With both an on-campus and online Master in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR), we have the flexibility to meet the needs of different student populations. The online MHRIR is tailored to meet the needs of working professionals and incorporates your professional experience in the classroom. We also offer certificate options in Fundamentals of HR, Compensation Best Practices, Human Resource Management and Human Resources Data Analytics. The certificates can be stand alone or stacked to count towards the MHRIR. In addition to our MHRIR programs, we have an in-residence Ph.D. program that trains our students to be leading researchers and instructors in the field or HR/IR.
