Carrie Bergen, LCSW, Head of Benefits Strategy at Lyra Health with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. She leads workforce mental health strategy, helping organizations foster cultures of well-being and deliver high-impact care to employees and their families. Before Lyra, Carrie was a Principal Senior Consultant at Mercer, where she led behavioral health strategy and vendor evaluation for large employers. She also held key roles at ComPsych, managing clinical operations and strategic accounts with global companies. Carrie began her career in direct clinical care and nonprofit leadership, serving children and families affected by mental illness. She holds a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and an MSW from Loyola University, and is a licensed LCSW. A published author and speaker, Carrie is dedicated to advancing mental health care and access.

Amanda Branting
Vice President, Partnerships

Amanda Branting is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development and sales leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Partnerships at Lyra Health since October 2019, Amanda has also held positions such as Area Vice President and Senior Director of Partnerships within the same company. Prior to Lyra Health, Amanda was a Director of Sales at Oracle following its acquisition of Opower, where a notable tenure included roles such as Director of Sales and Director of Sales Enablement. Amanda's career began at IBM as a Senior Strategy Consultant, and earlier experience includes a position as Special Advisor at the FBI and Director of Lead Generation at the Corporate Executive Board. Amanda holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA in Business & Government from William & Mary.
