    Joe Ferrazzo is a Senior Global Product Manager on the Iron Mountain Global Product & Technology team, currently focused on Human Resources. He has worked in software throughout his career, starting as a developer, then moving into Product Management for more than two decades. Joe’s Product Management career has focused on software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions in logistics, shipping, automotive, and other industries. Prior to Iron Mountain, his most recent engagement was with an AI company focused on developing automotive AI assistants. Joe’s passion for Product Management stems from his experience working with customers to best understand their needs and pains. He is driven by a love for getting to the root cause of customer issues and crafting a solution to be developed and delivered. He enjoys working toward comprehensive solutions that help solve customer problems and drive revenue for the company.

    Marissa joined Iron Mountain in December 2020 to lead the Global HR Service Delivery, Operations and Technology function and the modernization of global processes and technology capabilities. Marissa leads a global team of over 200 HR professionals who provide a wide range of services to managers and employees and support for core HR technology. “Making HR easier to do business” for employees and managers through simplification and digital transformation of our capabilities is the Team’s paramount mission. Marissa is also the Executive Co Chair of the Iron Mountain’s Women’s ERG. Before joining Iron Mountain, Marissa spent over 20 years at Prudential Financial, mostly in Human Resources as the Vice President of HR Services and Technology. She was responsible for the firm’s largest BPO relationship where she developed industry leading vendor management practices and was accountable for the strategy, performance, compliance and financials for HR operations and technology. At Prudential, Marissa also initiated the group that formed the first Business Resource Group for Women. Marissa holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She and her husband Fredrik have three grown children and love to travel, enjoy fitness and sports, and spend time at the beach with family.
