Abstract:
Let’s face it—annual enrollment communication has a reputation: overwhelming, impersonal, and hard to understand. But what if your benefits communication could do more than deliver complex policy options? What if it could build trust and make employees feel genuinely supported?
In this thought-provoking session, a communication strategist from the bswift Engagement Agency reveals how enrollment communication—done right—can become an opportunity to strengthen your employer brand.
You’ll explore real-world examples of organizations that have reimagined their approach to meet employees where they are, target information to their needs, and build credibility for your benefits program. If you’re ready to break free from the “just get it done” mindset and create enrollment communication that truly resonates, this session is for you.
