From “old souls” to “young at heart”, we bring our years of life and experiences to work with us everyday. This playful workshop explores each generation, the events that shaped them, and their characteristics at work as we dive deeper into the role that age plays in inclusive workplaces. Participants will explore and unpack perceptions about age, how that can differ from reality, and what each of us can do to diminish age-based prejudice. Through engaging discussion and interactions, we’ll learn how to appreciate the strengths that each group brings to the table and foster genuine relationships across the generational spectrum to build healthy, inclusive, and fruitful workplaces.
