Learning Outcome 2: KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE: Target decision-makers and know how to prepare powerful presentations they love. Appeal to their ambition. Learn why you never go into a meeting without a plan of how key supporters will push the initiative and overcome objection.
Learning Outcome 3: DO DUE DILIGENCE: Gather key information to earn consensus and deploy stakeholder interviews (and CEO, CFO, CHRO, VPHR), surveys, focus groups and brainstorming sessions to learn where failure will likely occur.
