804: The Employee Experience Execution Gap: Turning Rising Expectations into Real Results
This pre-conference program is an optional add-on and requires a separate registration fee.

Employees and HR leaders agree: employee experience is now a top priority. Yet rising expectations, eroding trust, and uneven execution have created an experience gap inside many organizations We’ll explore the forces shaping how employees experience their work, from stress and burnout to the everyday signals that build (or break) trust. You’ll learn how to diagnose what’s really happening in your culture, where organizations most often misread their people, and how leaders and middle managers directly influence the experience of work. This is not another “feel-good” engagement talk. It’s a reality-check session for leaders who want to move from sentiment to strategy and from listening to action. You’ll walk away with practical tools to connect employee experience to organizational performance, as well as how to translate insights into actions that move the needle.
