Managing Change (Pre-Registration Required)
2-day Program + Virtual post-session(s) | Additional Fee and registration required Program Overview Managing change is becoming a major focal point for HR professionals as organizations continue to adapt to an ever-changing workplace. In this enlightening seminar, you will use a variety of resources to simulate a change initiative in a realistic work environment. You will interact with other professionals through group discussions, and you will problem solve using a real-world case study—all while receiving coaching from an experienced change management practitioner in a safe learning atmosphere. Additional virtual learning hours are included with this program. Please note the online sessions that will take place over Zoom with your instructor July 8 (12pm-3pm ET). These sessions will be live but will be recorded if you cannot attend. All details will be sent via email. 15 PDC
