A comprehensive and relevant exploration of Deaf Culture, equipping participants with the knowledge to effectively interact with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. Attendees will learn about techniques that help bridge communication gaps, practical accommodations and strategies to create a more supportive workplace, and explore ways to foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all employees.
