ERGs as Workforce Unifiers: A Mastercard Safe-Space Conversation
Employee Resource Groups have become one of the most contested and most consequential inclusion structures inside modern companies. This invitation-first, safe-space conversation brings together senior HR, ERG executive sponsors, and select Mastercard clients to talk honestly about what ERGs do, what they cost, what they return, and how to keep them legally sound and strategically valuable in the current environment. The session sits inside the Workforce Unifying pillar for a reason: ERGs, done well, are the connective tissue between individual belonging and enterprise culture. Room is configured for candor, not performance. Attendees will leave with a practitioner-level view of how a global brand structures, funds, and measures ERGs, plus a peer network for the harder questions no one wants to ask on the main stage. Attendance is capped and curated.
Session Type: Breakout Session
